Phyllis has lived in her Stoke
Prior 昀氀at for almost 40 years
Phyllis moved into her 昀氀at long before bdht took over. She was so grateful
to have been given a 昀氀at locally. It meant she could stay in the village she’d
grown up in and the only place she had lived in. She could also stay in the
community she knew and loved.
When she 昀椀rst moved in, Phyllis says the block was poorly maintained. But
when bdht took over, the shared/communal spaces were updated and the
bathrooms and kitchens were refurbished.
Phyllis has always been happy in her 昀氀at and really appreciates having a
community around her, as well as friendly neighbours. While they may have
changed over the years, Phyllis says she’s lucky to have had good ones.

within your community.
