need There re a single point of contact and work with partner organisations to connect families &
individuals with vital services from budgeting advice to wellbeing support helping to prevent
homelessness & promote independence

Two members of the team are dedicated Community Coaches each focused on a specific location They
build strong trusted relationships within the community offering support & enabling customers feel more
confident & connected It s all about being there when it matters most making sure no one faces
