occasionally properties for Shared
Ownership become available. The one

to availability.
Anyone aged 55 and over can apply
to live at Gilbert Court, however
昀椀nancial restrictions for rented
properties do apply.
An eligibility assessment for both
shared ownership and rented
properties applies.
